We believe that harvesting of a biomass below MSY (maximum sustainable yield) is as healthy for a fishery as consuming fish is for human beings. Harvesting below MSY enables a fishery to remain vibrant while at the same time providing consumers with the health giving benefits that only ocean caught fish can provide. We recognize the importance of the environment they live in.
The family also operates a premier tour boat company specializing in ecotours to the Galapagos Islands and whose mission is to bring the wonders of this unique environment to travelers from around the world while leaving a minimal footprint.
