We have been harvesting and packing fish since 1968. We began with fresh fish only and have since evolved into many different product presentations including fresh, frozen and portions. We pack exact weight bags for retail and we pack fifty pound masters for sale to distributors – and everything in between. Every day we receive anywhere from forty to one hundred and twenty thousand pounds of fresh product from our operations in Central and South America for forward shipping into the U.S. market. Additionally, we receive and forward well over one hundred and eighty sea containers of frozen product that our vessels have harvested and our plants have packed for retail or foodservice sales.
