Carlos is from Ecuador and is head of maintenance at Productos Oceanos, our plant in Panama that employs 350 people and whose 35 vessels catch mahi, sword, tuna, corvina and snapper. “If it’s broken, I can fix it,” he says, “Because I probably built it anyway.” he has been at the plant for 4 years and enjoys futbol and visiting his family in Ecuador.
