Victor Perez thinks he was born to sell fish.

“There isn’t anything I don’t love about the business – the people, the product. I especially like that we catch the fish we sell, because we know everything about it.” Victor and his wife Sasha have a one year old boy, Victor, Jr. Victor’s hobby? “Fishing – any kind, but I like blue water fishing the best.” When asked where he thinks the business of ocean caught fish is going, he replies, “Definitely quality and definitely traceability. My customers want only the best and they want to be assured that it comes from a sustainable resource – that it’s not red listed.” Hisfavorite fish?  “Grouper, then Snapper, maybe a nice piece of Tuna … hard to say.”
